Internet, Safe or Dangerous

Daily I have been questioning about the dangerous factors about the internet. I admit that I was one of those users who couldn't get off the Internet especially from facebook and myspace. However I'm not the only one who is facing these so-called "addictions". Today I saw a special in television talking about the internet and how it's affecting our children and what are the consequences about addictions to the social networks. Cristina, a spanish talk host, held a segment about the dangers of the Web. In the first part of her segment, a family is welcome to the show and they talk about how their daughter got killed by two young men that she met in Facebook. There are a lot of people who take advantage of these sites to mess around other people. Someone can't trust anyone in the internet because maybe they are someone else. One needs to be careful with those people. I know there are a few good people out there but one needs to be sure before something happens to them.

It's shocking, I never knew that those things actually happen. I always thought that it was something that my mother would tell me so that I would be careful and it turns out she was right. I got a lot from this show, and probably I won't post no more pictures or accept any random person friend request. More than ever, I should becareful what I post and who are my friends.

Going Out

What get's me annoying, is how people don't want to go out with their friend friends'. There's nothing wrong with that, in matter of fact its a good way to know another person. However some people don't really like that, they first want to get to know that person by talking to them by texting or by the internet. That is so stupid and not a good way to get to know a person. To get to know someone knew is by personally introducing yourself and hanging out with them in person. But there is certain people that don't think the same way as I do. Friendship is a relationship between two friends in which they gain from hanging out and trusting each other right. That definiation doesn't apply to my friendship with my friend, "Edward", the only relationship we got is online in myspace. Does it count to be friends if we never met personally. Ugh, what to do???

First Few Days of School

Normality, back to a schedule, waking up in the morning, getting my normal coffee back to the same o same o. The summer, well the vacation is done for now and it's time to head the books again. The semester started and many of us are going to be staying up late finishing up papers or projects. It shouldn't be new to studying up late, many of the college students spent their vacations on the run, going to Vegas, hitting the clubs and other wild things. But seriously, it's time to hit the books. As for me, I believe this semster is going to start off and end well, I think. I'm going to give my 110% in all my classes. Well I will try because knowing my Geology class, is going to be tough from the start the professor he's an elderly man and I think it's going to be tough to listen what he's saying. And also taking notes is going to be a touch thing, because he rarely writes or shows visual material, so this class is all about listening. I'm not quite satisfy with this, but I'm going to try. Other than that all my other classes seem to be okay and if I keep up with the homework and passed all my exams I will be able to pass the classes. But hopefully I don't give up. This summer taught me a lot and I want to put everything I learn in un puebla, on a test, to see if I really learned. Unfournately I have to end this, I have to go to class, I have a full day ahead of,i'm not sure if I am able to come back to finish this blog. Wish me luck today.
